Faster scheduling
PlayMetrics has grown fast through acquisition: Crossbar in 2023, Stack Sports (the company behind Sports Connect) in June 2025 with Genstar Capital taking majority ownership, and SportsEngine in May 2026. Three platforms joined in under three years, two within the last year alone.
No pricing or product changes have been announced. But when ownership changes, it's reasonable for any league to take stock of what matters most for their season, and whether their platform is set up to deliver it.
1
Teams and Rosters
Import using a standard template, drop in your player and team info, upload it. Smaller organizations often upload team by team as rosters get finalized; larger leagues import everything in one file. Typically done within a day.
2
Your Schedule
Already have a season mapped out on Sports Connect? Import it directly instead of rebuilding it. Not finalized yet? TeamLinkt's schedule builder handles conflict checks, field assignments, and notifications as you build.
3
Already run registration for the season?
You don't need to redo it. The team and roster import brings in the players, teams, and division assignments you already collected, no re-registering families. TeamLinkt's own registration tools pick up from there.

Your Website
TeamLinkt's Sports Connect website importer pulls your existing site's content, branding, and colors into a TeamLinkt website builder template, usually a matter of hours. Or hand it off entirely through the Launch package at a flat fee, regardless of league size.
