Team members & Spectators are required to declare their health prior to every game and practice.
All FVVC participants and spectators are required to fill in a event health waiver form prior to each event. Coaches, managers and club administrators will be able to track waiver form completion.

Here’s How Health Waivers Work:
FVVC Has Created a Waiver
The health waiver form is already set up. Prior to each event, every member of your team will be notified to complete it.
Complete the Waiver
Participants & Spectators will be required to fill in the waiver prior to each event. The form is automatically added to each event in every team’s calendar!
Connecting to Your Team
Once registration is complete, each player will be assigned to the correct team by a club administrator. Club administrator will send an email invite to join your team.
To access your team, follow these steps:
1. Create a TeamLinkt Account
Download the TeamLinkt team management app from the App Store or Google Play Store & create an account.
NOTE: Once you have registered for the season, you should see a Pending team in the app.
2. Wait for an Email Invite
FVVC will create your team for you, so once it’s ready you will get an email invite to join your team.
3. Join Your Team in the App
Open up the app and start using TeamLinkt for the season!
NOTE: If you were added to the team with the same email you used to create your TeamLinkt account, the team will automatically appear for you in the app. The email you were added to the roster with will be the same email the invite is sent to.
