Tournament Management FAQ’s
What are the fees for online payments?
TeamLinkt’s online registration system has the option to accept online payments or offline payments. For offline payments made (through cash, cheque, e-transfer, etc) there are zero fees. If a league or association chooses to accept credit card payments from registrants, there is a charge from the payment processor (rates range from 2.2-2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction), as well as a small fee added by TeamLinkt to faciliatate the payment processing. Do you offer waitlists?
Yes! You can set a limit per registration form for how many participants or teams can register. Once full, registrants will be put on a waitlist and can be easily moved off if a spot becomes available.
What payment processor does TeamLinkt use?
Payments from registrants are processed through Stripe.
What are my options for scheduling a tournament?
There are three different options for scheduling your tournament:
1. Import your schedule from a spreadsheet
2. Manually add games
3. Schedule Builder tool (which includes options for brackets & pool play)
