Team Setup Guide
How to set up your team in the TeamLinkt team management app.
Good News! We have started the setup process for your team in the TeamLinkt App!
You should have received an email inviting you to join your team in the TeamLinkt App. We have pre-loaded your schedule into the app to get you started, so all that’s left to do is share a join code with the rest of your team and then you’re good to go!
Step 1: Create Your Account & Join Your Team
(or if you already have an account, just login!)
Your team has already been created for you, so all you need to do is connect to this existing team.
If you do not have a TeamLinkt Account yet, simply download the app and create an account from there!
If you already have a TeamLinkt account, simply login or open the app!
Having troubles connecting to your team?
Make sure you are logged into the app with the same email that you were added with. Because you’ve been added to the roster already, this will automatically connect you to your team without the need for a code.

Step 2: Share Your Team Code
From the app, click the ‘Invite‘ button on the dashboard or go to the Roster tab, click the + icon and share your team’s code.
From there, all your players need to do is download the app, enter in that code and they will be automatically connected.
And that’s it!
Your games schedule has already been added for you by the GTBHL, but you can still add in extra games, practices and other events through the schedule tab. From there your team can use the app for setting attendance for events, team chat, polls, receiving event reminders, and more!
